Potstickers, a pan fried dumpling, originated in China between 960 and 1280 A.D. and how they came about is a mystery. Regardless, we’re all very glad they’re here! Take a bite out of history with this yummy recipe and pair a little down home flavor with a Chinese delicacy. These pan fried Gourmet Pork Potstickers are topped with tangy BBQ sauce and served over red bell pepper coleslaw.

Ingredients
6 ea Gourmet Golden Tiger Pork Potstickers (#03149), Pan-Seared According to Package Directions
¾ Cup Coleslaw Mix
¼ Cup Red Bell Pepper, Julienned
¼ Cup Coleslaw Dressing
½ Cup BBQ Sauce
Cooking Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the coleslaw mix, red bell pepper and coleslaw dressing until evenly combined to make the red bell pepper coleslaw.
- Place the red bell pepper coleslaw on a serving dish and top with the Gourmet Pork Potstickers.
- Drizzle the BBQ sauce over the top of the Gourmet Pork Potstickers.
