Iced Pumpkin Chai Latte

What’s better than the combination of classic pumpkin pie flavor and chai spices? Add them to milk and put it on ice! Spicy and sweet, this iced beverage is the perfect fall treat.

Ingredients

3.5 oz Oregon Chai Original

3.5 oz milk

1 oz DaVinci Gourmet Pumpkin Pie Sauce

Ice

Instructions

Pour ingredients over ice. Stir and serve.

Garnish

Whipped cream with a dusting of cinnamon.

Valencia Hot Chocolate

If you’re craving hot chocolate, you’ll love this recipe. You can make Valencia Hot Chocolate with any type of milk, including almond or coconut. Add in DaVinci Gourmet orange and chocolate syrups and top with whipped cream to take the beverage to a new level of luscious.

Ingredients

6 oz milk (almond, coconut, or cow’s)

1 oz DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce

.5 oz DaVinci Gourmet Orange Syrup

Instructions

Steam milk and add in additional ingredients.  

Garnish

Serve with whipped cream and chocolate sauce drizzle.

Invigorating Pineapple NoJito

Missing warm weather? Bring a bit of the tropics inside with the Pineapple Nojito. Delicious and refreshing, the drink includes sweet and tangy pineapple and fresh mint to enliven your taste buds.

Ingredients

1 oz DaVinci Gourmet Cane Syrup

Juice of 1 lime

3 chunks fresh or frozen pineapple

6-10 mint leaves

Still or carbonated water

Ice

Instructions

Muddle pineapple and mint in a shaker tin.  

Add ice and syrups; shake.  

Pour into fresh glass, top with more ice and water to the rim and serve.

Garnish

Pineapple leaves with pineapple wedge.
