IMPOSSIBLE BURGER PATTIES MEAT FROM PLANTS

People love meat. After all, it's delicious and they want to keep eating it. But they also love the planet, and are looking for a better way to enjoy their favorite foods. So we made our cult-classic Impossible Beef. It's a 1:1 substitute for ground beef in any dish, but has 40% less fat, 0mg cholesterol (6g saturated fat per serving) and is way better for the planet. Impossible Burger shrinks 8% in volume, compared to 25% with beef. Therefore, patties, meatballs, meat loaves should be made to the desired finished size. It doesn't need to rest after cooking; it can be served immediately without color change or juices that run. You can pre-sear and reheat as desired, however; reheat the meat below temperatures of 375F to prevent overcooking the outside.
