This California Notice of Financial Incentive is provided by CHEF'STORE (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for our 2026 Text Message Giveaway (“Giveaway”). Participants have the chance to win a CHEF'STORE gift card by signing up for our text messaging program at https://chefstore.attn.tv/p/vC... or mailing us a 3x5 card with your name, age, valid address (not a P.O. Box), and the words "CHEF'STORE Text Message Giveaway Entry” to 1800 Blankenship Road, Suite 250, West Linn, OR 97068. Please review our Giveaway Official Rules for details regarding eligibility, how to enter, and other Giveaway terms.  

By signing up for the Giveaway, you affirm that you are a legal U.S. resident over the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your state of residence) and consent to the collection, use, sale, sharing, and retention of your personal information in connection with the Giveaway. We may collect the following categories of personal information from participants: Identifiers, Commercial Information, and Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information. 

You may opt out of the Giveaway at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message that you have received from us or by contacting us at https://www.chefstore.com/cont.... 

The financial incentives that we offer are reasonably related to the value of the consumer's data. We have made a good faith estimate of the value of consumers’ personal information based on relevant expenses related to the Giveaway.
