At CHEF'STORE, supporting our communities is at the heart of what we do. As a longtime partner to independent restaurant operators, we understand that strong, healthy communities help businesses thrive.

Every CHEF'STORE location partners with a local food bank and food recovery organization. Throughout the year, our stores donate surplus food and supplies, helping redirect usable products from landfills to families and individuals in need. 

In addition to these ongoing donations, our stores host an annual fundraising campaign benefiting local food bank partners. Since launching the fundraiser in 2012, CHEF'STORE associates, customers, vendors, and community supporters have helped raise more than $2 million to support hunger relief efforts across our communities. 

We are grateful for the generous support of our vendor sponsors. Their contributions exceed campaign costs, helping increase our overall donation and ensuring that every dollar raised in our stores goes directly to local food banks and soup kitchens.

This year marks the 15th annual CHEF'STORE Hunger Action Fundraiser, and we're proud to continue making a difference together. 

What makes this campaign special is the collective support of our associates, customers, and vendor sponsors. With more families relying on food assistance programs than ever before, every donation helps local food banks provide critical resources to those facing food insecurity. We're excited to expand the fundraiser to two weeks this year! The 2026 Hunger Action Fundraiser runs September 7-September 20.
