December 12, 2022

The team at CHEF’STORE® thanks J.M. Smucker Co. for their sponsorship and for sharing this delicious recipe with us.

Treat your family to a sweet breakfast treat packed with healthy protein. These tiny Dutch pancakes, aka Patty Cakes, get a creamy dose of peanut butter and a little cinnamon spice to bring on holiday flavors. The secret ingredient is a scoop of protein powder in the batter, which is great for an extra energy boost. Throw in potassium-rich bananas and a dash of flaxseed, giving you a powerhouse of flavor and nutrition.

What seals the deal on the tiny pancakes is Jif® peanut butter from J.M. Smucker Co. For over 125 years, J.M. Smucker Co. brands have been a staple in family kitchens worldwide, with 80 percent of homes in the U.S. having one of their impressive products. One of their most loved and iconic labels, Jif®, is synonymous with quality peanut butter. So you know when you are choosing J.M. Smucker Co. Jif®, your holiday recipes will be irresistible.
