Nothing beats this Louisiana sandwich! But, there’s nothing poor about this take on a classic. Piled with lettuce and tomato, the Po' Boy gets a Chesapeake twist with Tiger Sauce and OLD BAY® Seasoning. This delectable and easy sandwich hosts meaty oysters and creamy yet spicy Tiger Sauce all in a baguette bun.
OLD BAY® Oyster Po' Boy Sandwich

Ingredients
Tiger Sauce
1/3 cup Sour cream
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Zatarains® Horseradish, drained
2 tsp. OLD BAY® Seasoning
Oyster Po' Boy
1 cup Zatarains® Seasoned Fish-Fri
2 tbsp. OLD BAY® Seasoning
1 pound Oysters, cleaned
4 Baguettes, 6", split
1 cup Tiger Sauce
2 cups Lettuce, shredded
12 slices Tomato
Cooking Instructions
Tiger Sauce
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, and OLD BAY Seasoning. Whisk until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.
Oyster Po' Boy
- In a bowl, combine fish fry with OLD BAY Seasoning. Set aside for service.
- Set a deep fryer to 350°F. For each serving, toss 4 ounces of oysters in seasoned fish fry until well coated. Remove and shake off excess. Fry until golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil.
- Toast baguette. Spread 2 tablespoons of tiger sauce on each side of baguette. Place a 1/4 cup lettuce and 3 tomato slices on base of bun. Top with fried oysters. Serve warm.
