Portlandia Foods was established in 2010, we knew that people were expecting more than what could be found in other conventional condiments. Our goal is to deliver healthier, more sustainable condiments while remaining affordable and accessible to all. So we started by developing an organic ketchup with less sugar and salt, while still having a bold, savory flavor. 

Seemingly overnight, this organic recipe was being celebrated by restaurants and retail consumers alike. Two years later we took the next logical step by adding another item to our lineup, Portland Organic Mustard. This iconic and flavorful duo has now become known as Portlandia Foods.
